We compete against other Rhode Island Boys and Girls Clubs from October through March, finishing the season with a League Championship Meet.

Swimmers are between the ages of 6 and 18.
Each swimmer practices 2-6 days a week. Practice schedule is here.
There are 8 swim meets and the schedule is here.

Interested participants must become a member of the Boys & Girls Club to participate in the swim program.

The fall/winter season has begun. The following is the current practice schedule:

Juniors:
Mon, Wed, Thus 4:00 – 5:00
Tue 4:15 – 5:15

Seniors and select Juniors:
Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur, Fri 4:30 – 6:30
Sat 9:00 – 11:00
